Worker Falls to Death from Building in Farmingdale

September 21, 2014 - Suffolk County Police Homicide detectives are investigating an incident where a man died after falling off a roof in Farmingdale this morning. Lech Chrostowski, 57, of Queens New York, was working on a roof at 465 Smith Street when he fell approximately 20-feet to the ground.
