Motorcycle crash briefly closes lane of LIE in Dix Hills, officials say

A motorcycle crash briefly closed the westbound HOV lane of the Long Island Expressway between Exit 51, Deer Park Avenue, and Exit 50, Bagatelle Road, in Dix Hills on Tuesday, police and state officials said. The crash occurred at 6:07 a.m., Suffolk County police said.
