Long Island husband and wife 7-Eleven owners plead guilty to worker exploitation scheme

Owners and managers of 10 Suffolk County 7-Eleven stores face wire fraud, identity theft and harboring charges in a scheme in which they "systematically employed illegal immigrants," equipped them with stolen identities, and stole their wages, federal prosecutors announced Monday.
