Scott Meyer, 47, of Seaford, a certified public accountant, was to be arraigned Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013, in the theft of hundreds of thousands of dollars from two elderly clients, as well as $427,000 from a rural cemetery association in Huntington, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.
