Islip Town animal shelter employee suspected of dumping second dog

Michael Papini, 30, of Lindenhurst, Long Island may have dumped a second dog, and Suffolk County SPCA have offered a reward for the missing five-year-old cream colored poodle named Bailey according to their Facebook page.
