SPCA: Puppy abandoned in Centereach clothing bin

A woman was seen throwing a 3-month-old black labrador puppy into a clothing collection bin in Centereach on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2014, according to the Suffolk County SPCA. The dog is now at the Brookhaven Animal Shelter.
