Homicide Squad detectives charged Charles Pray, 34, of 316 Frederick Ave., with second degree murder in the killing of Monica Lino, 36. A Bay Shore man is to be arraigned Tuesday on a murder charge in connection with the death of a Farmingville woman who was found stabbed in her home Sunday, Suffolk County police said.
