Suffolk SPCA seeks man who abandoned malnourished pit bull that had given birth

The Suffolk County SPCA is offering a two thousand dollar reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for abandoning a female pit bull behind a Wal-Mart in Commack.
