Poet laureate to lead discussion on writing

Pramila Venkateswaran, poet laureate of Suffolk County, N.Y., will perform a reading and lead a conversation on writing, the purpose of poetry and organizing a writer's group at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Pioneer Bluffs near Matfield Green.
