Mortgage Fraud the Allegation at Trial for Absent Defendant

April 21, 2014 - The trial of a 33 year old man facing mortgage fraud, scheme to defraud, falsifying business records and grand larceny charges began today in Riverhead with the defendant being tried in absentia, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.
