April 4, 2014 - Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced that the annual Spring Family Fishing Festival will be held on Saturday, April 5th at Belmont Lake State Park on Long Island, hosted by the State Department of Environmental Conservation and the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation .
