Driver gets 18 years in prison in fatal crash involving drugs

Justin Klein, 23, of Medford, who ran a red light and broadsided a sedan driven by a 71-year-old East Patchogue woman last year, was sentenced to 18 years in prison, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.
