A Staten Island man faces grand larceny charges Wednesday after Suffolk County police say he and three others stole power tools from the Home Depot in Bellport, N.Y. Frank DeFilipo, 35, is charged with fourth-degree grand larceny in connection with the alleged theft, in which police said three men entered the Bellport Home Depot around 2:30 p.m.
