Lawmakers rush to amend law after 'upskirt' ruling

As Massachusetts lawmakers scramble to revise a law that the state's highest court ruled does not bar creeps from taking "upskirt" photos of women in public, Suffolk County prosecutors said at least 13 people have been investigated for or charged with the crime since 2011.
