Blizzard warning in effect as weather service calls for 24 to 36 inches of snow on Long Island

On Monday, Jan. 26, 2015, News 12 Long Island meteorologist Rich Hoffman has a look at the morning forecast ahead of the approaching blizzard. The National Weather Service urged commuters to exercise extra caution Monday as "a band of snow had developed and will impact the commute from central and northern Suffolk County westward into portions of New York City."
