Driver dies after medical emergency leads to crash in Bay Shore, cops say

A medical emergency led to an early morning car crash Monday in Bay Shore that left a 66-year-old man dead, Suffolk County police said. Police did not release the identity of the victim, other than to say he was from Bay Shore.
