Police say a Long Island driver is dead after he swerved into oncoming traffic and hit another car head-on. Suffolk County police say 23-year-old Jennifer Ginexi was driving a Ford Fusion when she was struck head-on by a Honda Civic driven by 26-year-old Karim Abouelfadl.
