Police release photo of minivan in hit-run in Central Islip

Suffolk County police released this photo in connection with a hit-and-run that seriously injured a pedestrian at about 9:25 p.m. Aug. 17, 2014, near the intersection of Carleton Avenue and Brightside Avenue in Central Islip.
