Perry, Astorino Knock Cuomo on Business Environment, Debates

Texas Gov. Rick Perry on Tuesday criticized New York's business and regulator environment and called on Gov. Andrew Cuomo to debate his Republican challenger, Rob Astorino, in a televised one-on-one matchup. The news conference, held at the Runner's Edge sneaker store in Farmingdale on Long Island, was part of a string of campaign stops Mr. Perry made Tuesday with Mr. Astorino that began with a radio appearance in Suffolk County and was scheduled to end at a Buffalo fundraiser.
