A Long island man on parole for drug charges was arrested Saturday morning after he allegedly sold heroin to an undercover police officer in Nassau County , authorities said. Marcos Barrera Rivera, 29, of Bay Shore , was arrested shortly after midnight after he allegedly sold heroin to an undercover Nassau County police detective, authorities said.
