A jury has awarded a New York City man named James Ferrari $95,000 three years after police on Long Island seized and auctioned off his Ferrari sports car following a drunken driving arrest. The New York Post reports Saturday the Manhattan real estate broker was pulled over in his 2003 Ferrari Modena in Suffolk County in 2009.
