November 4, 2014 - Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating a murder-suicide that occurred in Port Jefferson Station last night. Frank Panebianco and his girlfriend, Jessica Kasten, both 28 years old, were out with friends last night at the Long Island Pour House, located at 650 Patchogue Road.
