The accident happened at about 11 p.m. Sunday on Route 109 in East Farmingdale, near the Route 110 overpass. Suffolk County Police say 46-year-old Susan Krebser of Levittown was driving northwest in the southeast lanes when she collided head-on with a vehicle driven by 70-year-old Jeanne Grazia of Islip.
