A Rocky Point man was driving with a blood-alcohol content of twice the legal limit when he crashed into a marked sheriff's patrol vehicle that was on a traffic stop Wednesday, according to the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office. Deputy Sheriff Sergeant Scott Zimbler was conducting a traffic stop on Route 25A near Miller Place Road in Miller Place.
