A Long Island man was arrested Wednesday on drugged driving charges after he crashed into a nail salon in Deer Park, Suffolk County police said. Authorities said the incident started shortly after 3 p.m. Wednesday when Michael Fusaro, 36, of Huntington Station, lost control of his GMC Envoy in the parking lot of a Hess gas station on Deer Park Avenue and drove over a snow bank.
