Police: Central Islip man threw drugs out of stolen vehicle, then led cops on car chase

A Central Islip man, driving a stolen vehicle, took authorities on a high-speed chase Friday night after a routine traffic stop before finally crashing into a guardrail on Sunrise Highway in Bellport, Suffolk County police said.
