State Sen. Phil Boyle pushes for new anti-heroin bill

State Sen. Phil Boyle is pushing for legislation that would make it a felony to be caught with 50 bags or more of heroin, a bill modeled from the testimony of Suffolk County law enforcement at a public hearing on prescription drug and heroin abuse.
