The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Patchogue man who is bipolar and may not have taken his medication. Eric Laupot, 64, was last seen at his residence, located at 270 Patchogue-Yaphank Road in Patchogue, on Sunday, police said.
