Man Wanted for Using Fake $100s to Buy Gift Cards at Riverhead Walgreens

Febrauary 12th, 2015 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Riverhead Police Department detectives are seeking the public's help to identify and locate the man who used counterfeit money at a store in Riverhead last month. A man entered Walgreens, located at 1196 Old Country Road, and purchased a $500 gift card using five counterfeit $100 bills on January 16, 2015 at approximately 6:20 p.m. The suspect is described as black, 5 feet 11 inches tall with a beard.
