Edward Walsh's brother helped bank get millions in Suffolk deposits, records show

Suffolk County government agencies deposited tens of millions of dollars with a New York City bank after it hired the brother of Suffolk Conservative Party chairman Edward Walsh as a consultant, county and bank records show. Signature Bank held no county deposits as of the end of 2007, county records show.
