Brentwood Man, David Murphy, 30, Charged in Series of Gas Station Robberies Throughout Suffolk County

Suffolk County Police Pattern Crime detectives have arrested a man responsible for a series of gas station robberies occurring throughout the Copiague, Central Islip, Brentwood, Bay Shore, Hauppauge, Islip Terrace, and Holtsville areas. On October 22, 2014, at approximately 10:55 p.m., a male entered an Express Gas located at 1034 Islip Ave., Brentwood and robbed the clerk of cash.
