Cops: Driver Joseph Keleher charged with DWI after Patchogue crash that killed passenger Kevin Smith

The scene of an accident on Ewards Ave on Aug. 28, 2014, in Patchogue which left one man dead and the driver of the vehicle under arrest, charged with drunken driving, Suffolk County police said.
