Rechler Equity to develop 119K sf in Long Island trade zone
Plainview, N.Y.-based commercial developer Rechler Equity Partners plans to develop three parcels with a combined 119,000 square feet inside the Islip Foreign Trade Zone in Long Island's Suffolk County.
