Central Islip Woman Accused Of Murdering Her Newborn
Suffolk County police said Santos Elena Ruiz Solano, of Central Islip, gave birth to a girl on Feb. 16 at 3 a.m. at 40 Shoal Dr. in West Islip, where she was employed as a live-in housekeeper.
