Suffolk County Police said Marion Johnson, 63, was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Malibu north on Straight Path near Parkway Boulevard when he hit Ishmeil Thomas, who was riding his bicycle on there at 1:27 a.m. Thomas, 36, of Wyandanch, was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, where he was being treated for multiple injuries.
